Skin cancer is a highly prevalent disease in which cancer cells (malignant) are found in the different layers of the epidermis, and which can invade deeper tissues if not detected in time (dermis). These cells multiply uncontrollably, leading to the appearance of low-grade or malignant lesions.
At U Clinic we have a team of expert professionals for the early detection of skin cancer, helping our patients to reach a correct diagnosis and adequate treatment. In addition, we are aware of how important prevention and early detection is, especially in the case of actinic lesions caused by sun exposure and melanoma, which is why we provide our patients with a digital dermoscopy system capable of monitoring moles on the body, being able to detect the slightest change that may indicate that a mole has become a malignant lesion.
